it's the same thing. I'm pretty sure lexan is thin plexi glass is basicly the same and acrylic is thick.

ok, well i made a list for my micro and it came to a gut renching (sp?) price
v*list*v note: not all prices are accurate

needed for 540 micro build
esc $25
front uni's $23
motor $23
chassis $10
batteries $20
rear ball diff $20
screws $10
many many foams $30
front diff case $30
a few extra spurs $10
$201!

so my question what are the absolute most important things i need from this list?

okay what I was asking up there is. do I really need a rear ball diff and diff case? and how many foams will i go through if i don't slide on pavement.

I think you'll pretty much need everything on that list. You can always try rubber tires and see how they work for you.

I'm sorry to report this, but the 540 micro project has been abandon.
I realized I don't have the time or the money. In fact i don't even plain on fixing it.
It was fun for awhile, but I just got sick of it. going in circles in my room got boring.

but fear not, I will not be leaving the forum, simply moving toooo........

The micro-T! I relized I'm a truck guy, I like jumping, climbing, pulling, and speed. It'll be my truck for playing with when my e-maxx is broken or it's raining out side. And it helps that the micro-t is that few inches smaller.

I don't know if or when I'll ever pick this project back up...
