I think it's a Duratrax Streak, but i'm not sure. I'm guessing because of the color.

they indeed look just alike but im not sure if mine has the 3 little nobs like the pic,or is that just the sticker.aslo the whole point of trying to find out what esc it is is to see if it will handle motors like the beast raptor from one18th or maybe even a 540 wich i doubt, but by the looks of the esc it looks like it could take the beast raptor motor.by the looks of the esc do you guys think it can take the beast raptor and the 540?
thanks

Sure looks big enough to handle one of those.

Im sure that esc was meant to handle 540 motors....but you cant go too wild now because of the motor turn limit.....you dont know what it is...but as for the Raptor it will surely handle that.

I would try a stock 540 motor and just gear it high, and if the esc starts to get warm just gear down from there....isnt there a serial number on the esc somewhere. If there is you can try to google the number and see what comes up.

The Raptor should be fast enough, unless your one of those speed freaks who are never satisfied and just want to go faster.....yes please post pics i would love to see your setup.

will do and its the older version of the raptor
http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...IMGP0047-2.jpg
is the old raptor still faster than the speed 300s,cause im running the fireball wich is the same thing and it wouldnt make sence to get a motor thats on the same level

I'd say Duratrax too...I have the Futaba and the heatsink is not quite as tall and is slightly rounded on the top edges of the fins. EIther way that type of esc is usually good to 17 turn single 540 motor...Beast Raptor etc are all no problem for this esc.

I figured it was the Streak from first sight, it was the only black-cased ESC that came to mind.
