Building my own 2/3A 6cell packs

Hiya. Tower has 24 brand new 1200mAh Venom cells for $50 a box. Comes with tabs, but I'm ordering some Novak Micro tab thingies too. I'm also ordering 14 gauge novak wire and Deans Ultra plugs. I was wondering what size shrinkwrap I should be using, and how to solder a 6 cell pack together. Thanks in advance.

I'd just use shoe goo to keep the batteries together. Works for me and it's not too messy. Plus the cells aren't encased in plastic so therefor the will breath a bit better. Extra cooling if anything.

Much better deal: http://cheapbatterypacks.com/main.as...gid=loosecells
Scroll down about halfway to the IB cells. Much better than generic cells that Venom uses.

Well, I definately perfer ordering from TowerHobbies since I'm ordering about $170 of other stuff from them (I get the $25 discount since my order is from $200 to $249). And I'll just use these for bashing. The Venom 1200mAh cells would look nice in clear shrinkwrap.

Well from what I see they are discontinued, so you can't order them anymore.

I didn't order them. Also, don't post more than once in a row. Edit your previous post.

Why would I join a forum if I believe that everyone is worse than me?
