Very nice. I like the paint scheme. Done any mods yet? It looks stock, but the pictures appear to be a little narrowed for some reason, so it's hard to tell if it's all stock.

Any plans for upgrades or mods yet?

its all standard but i have got some traxxas sliders from my nitro rustler and all the tie rod... well tbh i got a whole traxxas nitro rustler i dont use that i use for parts

i have 2 futaba hi torque servos for front and rear. i am thinking of investing in a futaba mrc330cr esc and will make my own 7 cell gp packs too as for motor i wanted a mamba but they dont fit so maybe a big brushless and better chassis so it wont flip when the throttle is eased forward . i did have a clodbuster but sold it and then got into 1/18th scale found a tlt-1 in my lhs and eneded up with a new member to my rc family. so any help or infomation on how to do the tie rods and sliders would be great.

thanks of coments on spray job tis my first real go at propperly spraying a shell

this tlt-1 is bog standard from the box it has no servo's fitted esc,rx,cell packs. the motor is mabutchi RS 540SH it was the motor that came with the truck. im a lover of all things plain so have only used the window, headlamps, tail lamps, indicators and the alloy side stickers all the others are still in the box. i also left out parts A4 as i know these stop giving you max articulation on the standard tlt-1 kits. other than this i am a total newbie to crawlers tbh but theres a first time for everything.

some of the rockbusters comes with a peak 19x2 motor.
if its a "stock mabuchi" motor. I have the feeling your LHS ripped you off. perhaps they switched the peak to a stocker.

So how do the parts hold up on the TLT during use and tumbling.

with regards to cheap way to make longer links am not entirely sure its possible, whilst i was testing out link lengths I used M3 rod and it just bends under use.

You really just need to wait till you can afford turnbuckles or if you have the know how get aluminium bar and drill and tap the ends.

And yup the motor that came with your kit over here in the UK is correct your LHS hasnt stitched you up.

sorry if i may have caused some anxiety. But then again i said I know that "most" TLT1 comes with a 19x2 motor.

I'm glad your LHS didnt rip you off. I hate LHS who does that. and there are quite a few who will.

Pomme your in Toronto? Cool! I'm use to be from Toronto, now in Mississauga, and moving again soon. I like your TLT. perhaps I can PM you for some question if you dont mind.
