Good to see both options are going to be seen soon . Can't wait for your reveiws guys.
I've been thinking about switching over to Micro Deans as well. Are they quite a bit larger than the stock connectors Jae?
MRS4Guy......do you have a Mini-T e-clip to compare against the Micro T's? Or is that coming from first hand knowledge? Man, if they are the same, this could mean my Micro T could be up and running by tomorrow if the LHS's have them. I may not find that Mini-T e-clip, but theres still a better chance considering none of them have any Micro T parts anyways
I wish I knew where that little "*/@!0#" e-clip went Al ........I might have to magnatize my whole table, using a white towel is sadly not going to keep me from loosing every part that *ahem* "runs away from me"....lol !

well im driving home from work now,, once I get gome I will post the pics,,, the micro deans are bigger and I had to cut away a small section of the routing hole to allow the plug to fit through,,,
also someone on another forum suggested putting a syrip of clear tape over the e-clip wjen extracting it. that way it wont fly away

Hey Dean dont you have an extra set of 18t shocks that you could take a apart.....I know the shock piston head uses two small e-clips, you might be able to use them, they seem small enough.

Well I just got mine . I'm training to work at a local hobby town and when I walked in there they were! So I couldn't resist getting the little thing. I can't belive how tiny this thing is! If you have the right body on it someone could mistake it for a mouse.
I let a friend play with it at the shop and he broke the front tie rod for the steering. I just used lexan from an exacto razor package and copied the lenth of the one that wasn't broken so it was a 5min fix.
I found a way to smooth out the shocks a little bit as well so they aren't so springy. I just put some of Hob-E-Lube's Gear Lube in the shocks which is a very tacky oil. It doesn't bounce anywhere near as much as it did before but its still pretty springy.
