glitching...

I keep getting glitching when I turn my car on. The front wheels just keep shaking. My first guess is that the servo has a problem. If you adjust the steering with the steering switch on the radio handheld it will typically lesson the glitching, but you have to adjust the steering knob most of the wayto the left. Is this a propulse issue? What do ya'll think? --thanks

yeah my servo did that a little but now its stripped

yeah my servo did that a little but now its stripped. Do not get in hold of sales. I emailed support. The stock servo is my only gripe. oh and the dogbones. I broke 2. I found out that if it is to high the dogbones will rub and break. Also for even more fun put electrical tape on your wheels

usually when a glitch happens theres a freq issue, try changing that first......and if all fails check your electronics like esc and battery wires and make sure there away from the antenna and rx......and another thing you might check is too make sure that your motor has capacitors, having them on the motor cuts down on motor noise that the motor generates.

the rx is the receiver where the esc and servo is plugged into......the silver looking thing is the crystal.........you can change the freq's within that band.

Thanks. So, if your #6 on the handheld and the car, can you actually change the frequency within the #6 or are you talking about changing to a completely diff. number on the handheld and the car?

You must change both, and the the #s must match. both 3, or both 2. or whatever # you buy.
The handheld is called a "transmitter". The "receiver" is in the car.
When you buy replacement crystals they will come in sets and the numbers will match. One of the the set will be marked Tx5, for instance. The other will be marked Rx5. Tx is for the Transmitter and Rx is for the receiver.
They will also be color coded.
Both will have a Brown tag for #1
Red tag for #2
Orange for 3
Yellow 4
Green 5
Blue 6
