Ok people have heard my and others opinions on the 2, beyond the differences in opinions of smoothness I will give a technical review.

Mamba 25

Width 23MM x Height 9MM x Length 45MM.
Weight 35 Grams.

Quark Pro Car 33

Width 25MM x Height 6MM x Length 39MM.
Weight 24 Grams without wires, same as Mamba with wires?

These are the basic technical differences between the 2.

Prices are $76.95 Mamba $88.90 with link Mamba, $79.95 Quark at BPP.

Add $21.95 for the castle link for the Mamba.


I have ran both extensively and I do think the Quark is smoother, more responsive, more programmable.

The mamba is nice because of the USB ability, the link is expensive though.

Technically the Quark is much higher specs, it has a heatsink, and is cheaper than the Mamba with USB.

Nice reveiw.

Did you happen to race them? did one do better on larger tracks or tighter tracks?

I want to try a quark...but I like my mambas and the jwerks ESCs.

im on my second quark first one burned up a mosfet and now the second one a wire fell off that goes to the receiver. think im gonna try a mamba.
