stock esc

will the stock mrs4 esc handle an orion bigblock? I had a speed 300 and it was fine, thanks.

Yes it will handle that motor, i ran mine on a 13t pinion and it was pretty fast, but i also want you to know that there the same motor as well.....your just paying for the label.

I thought an orion bigblock was a 370 and the speed 300 a 300 size, there the same?

300 is basically the size of the motor like 540 and 550 cans........300 and 370 use the same can so yes they are the same.....now if you go up like lets say 380 and 400 cans you will see the difference in length of the cans.
