Arrow Which ESC for a Speed 300??

Hello all.

I'd liek to run a Groupner Speed 300 in my MRS4 once I get it back together, and I'm looking for a good ESC.

I used to run a Quantum Reverse on the car, but it's on a 1/10th of mine now.

I'm using 2/3A six cell 1500mah NiMh packs in the car.

I'm looking for something compact obviously. Maybe LRP, but if there is a better option, I'm open to it.

Can the Novak Spy handle a Speed 300?

Thanks for your help!

I forgot to mention that the ESC needs to have reverse.

Thanks!

Just run with the 1/10 cars or get a RC18R.

I ran the Associated XPS micro speed control on my M18 with a Graupner 6V Speed 300 motor and it worked great. Also has reverse.

Kinda late, but would this one work?

http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...ducts_id/15412

It came with my mini baja and I plan to use it with graupner 300 in my mrs4. I don't know the baja can size though.

Edit: Looks like it's a 280.

Yes that will work, and the Baja motor is a 300 size can.

I really like the Graupner Speed 300. Excellent motor. I ran it in my M18 before I went brushless. You won't be disappointed with that motor. I ran it on the stock M18 ESC. It has loads of torque.
