Absolute bares:

MIP CVDs up front (more efficient, .
Adjustable turnbuckles (get the Lunsford).
Narrow Front Buggy tires (more nimble).
The o ring mod on the servo saver.
Driven Productions bellcrank brace for the lunsford.

If your racing on a really pebbled surfaces, the driven priductions gear cover.

i can see the turnbuckles and the spur gears.

are the mip cvd's a bit of overkill? what do you mean by "more efficient"? why the buggy wheels in the front?

the stock dogbones bind in the cup on the front when the wheels are turned, cvd's do not bind.

here's a look at my rc18t just before i changed the a-tech rx/esc to a separate rx and esc. as you can see, i have made quite a few changes to the car you saw at the start of this thread. here's a list of what i've done:

turnbuckle kit
brass compression bushings on the outdrives
hitec mfs-03mm fm rx
gm v3r esc decased and shink-wrapped (THANKS ALFRED)
airtronics 94091 servo
stock servo saver (i just broke the metal one i had)
narrow wheels front & rear w/ losi street meats
ft motor mount
ft dogbones up front
mip cvd's in the rear
large spur (THANKS ALFRED)
13T alloy pinion
Trinity Monster Pro 17t motor
2 cell eflite lipo pack
deans micro plugs all around
integy aluminum steering kit
proline crowd pleazer 2.0 body

am i missing anything? it drives INCREDIBLY now, but i hate to miss something that can help me edge out the competition.

it should be good to go once i get the tires in line. i wasn't paying attention when i bought the wheels & tires, and i bought the narrow rc18b front wheels with the losi street meats. so, when i put them on the sidewalls give quite a bit. i am going to switch out to the wider width for the rear wheels, but i will keep the narrower ones for the front. on my local track, i need to cut down on steering so i will probably use a stiffer insert for the front tires for a smaller contact patch with less tire deflection. that should do it.

...then again, if all else fails i have a dynamite c4 that i have been just ITCHING to put in...

I like the switch at the rear man....it makes it easy to turn on when the body is on.

...that's what i thought when i mounted it up, but actually its not. it sits just slightly too high to get your finger in to turn it on/off when the body is on. i used a hobby screwdriver to turn it off the other day, so i have been thinking about angling it a bit. that will make it PERFECT!
