Dubz
jchung321,
I think the ZK-2 is great, but that's another discussion.. click on this link to find out more about the ZK-2
The Mamba wont chunk foams if you control the throttle.. I only run the 5400 on my RC18T, anything more is a little overkill, plus my brushkless RC18T is dedicated for road use.
Look at these awesome 10th scale foams I got from a UK-MicroRC.com Member for a steal.. They are 35mm wide!
I'll be test running them this afternoon on cool asphalt..
These are on my "off road" RC18T - using CAW hex adapters

Mondo, thank you for the link, I will read up on it.
Those are some wide foams! Did you encounter any rubbing problems when steering?

No rubbing at all, but.... they increase the turning circle twofold
The steering response was terrible too, I am running a standard servo, so that's to be expected.
I took them off and finished my pack on Losi Street tires, they will be used on my Schumacher 1:10th, so not wasted.

Oh man...finally finished the body. This reminded me how much I hate painting bodies LOL . I tried using the liquid mask stuff for my second time, what a mess I created. That took about a hour to clean up. Then used some tape mask, messed up again...and I just went and settle with a simple paintjob that I did in 5 minutes.
Oh well, it's going to be a basher body, it came out alright, not hideous so it's good enough...maybe will get someone to paint another for me later.

Thaks alfred. I just ran the buggy today, looks very good. The TT shocks are doing very good as well, very smooth. No leakage as of now, very happy with them.

Bored today so i decided to shorten the esc wires a bit....because they were too long....took apart the rx to clean the pcb board off and dump the tiny pebbles that always seem to find its way in there.
