what batteries for propulse

Hi, I was wondering what type of batteries does the propulse take and is the connector a small female tamiya connector, and would these work?

taking a look at the stock pack it looks to be shot gun style like this..... http://www.blindbatts.com/catalog/pr...8e780ff6600dd0

You can always change out the batt plugs and the esc batt plugs to deans.....it would just make things simple, especially when you want to use other packs.

Hi, if i just got the regular deans connector what type of work is involved in doing this and what type of charge would i use, trying to keep the cost as low as possible? Would like to spend 20 on bat and 20-30 on charger.
thanks

The only work you would have to do is to snip the old plug off and solder on the deans....the polarity of the deans are right on the back of the package......doesnt take a lot of soldering skills to do this. Now as for the charger you can take a look at the Duratrax Piranha.
