I have two mini t's with that motor and the optimum pinion size seems to be 12 tooth...Go up or down one depending on the size of the area your running.
I have used a 14 on 6 and 7 cells and the motor tends to heat up if you dont carry alot of rpms (large area and low ambient temps). This motor is actually a 370/380 can size. I would suggest the slipper clutch also to help manage the increased torque of this motor. The stock dogbones will hold up fine but the mip cvd's are much smoother. Keep the motor clean and lubed and it will last a long time.
