Micro RS4 3s lipo Test run FAIL

Toro 5050kv brushless. 13t pinion. Front one way diff, rear ball diff. Stock tires.

Can't keep the car straight. Have to start off slow and keep it from Cart wheeling and backflipping!

I think I'll stay with a 2s. 3s is not controllable

3/4 throttle launch

Finally kept it straight and from tumbling

Update

I finally figured out how to make the car more controllable. I gear down to an 11 tooth pinion and now I can control the vehicle have Power spurts when I need it. It seems to have more usable power and ideal for track race.

I think the 13th tooth pinion I was running was more ideal for the speed 300.

I use the 2S 900mah lipo packs from Deal Extreme in my car with the stock motor and a 13T pinion. Not blazing fast but very manageable.

front alignment helps too.. if ya got sloppy steering linkage it tends to twitch left and right.. hard to put the power down..

How do you tighten them up?

pick up the slack... i use those rubber rings that come with your bodies..makes the steering servo work a little harder but keeps the steering linkage where u need it..

If you dont have one get a front one way dont bother unless its an HPI one all others are crap.
also HPI front STEEL drive shafts again all others are crap.
make sure the diff is loose enough to slip some on the rear (assuming ball diff) .
3 cells is about a million horsepower too many.
2 cells on 100% throttle is undriveable on carpet let alone asphalt.
