Mini Giant Clone (Schumacher Mini Monster)

Wife and kids went shopping for me. I was shocked to come home today and see some gifts under the tree for me today. I told the kids they could open if they want. If you know kids, they did not hesitate - they ripped open all three boxes and gift wrap went everywhere fast....

I did not get one but TWO of the Schumacher Mini Monsters and one set of bearings. Wife and kids went to ModelsportUK and got a blue and a red one.

They only had one set of bearings in stock so I have to wait and get the other set later. But that is ok for now. I am just excited that I got the little trucks. I have been talking about them for a while so wife went and got them for me.

After taking most of it apart and comparing to hop-ups available for Mini Giant. These seem to be exact same truck. Anyone else have these?

So far I love it. I am using my battery packs from my MiniT.

Pics of my truck:

Been looking at all the hop-ups and replacement parts of the VMG - this is exact same truck just with different colors and different body.

I got my Mini giant from the US....I shold have waited as the Schmacher version has a nicer body, cheap too!

I've since done the steering servo mount to eliminate the bump steer.

hi guys im going to the extreme with my Leo x mini giant

i wondered if you guys could help me

ok here goes im looking to extend the wheel base so wondered if you guys could help me with the lower and upper links im looking to convert this truck into a mini tamiya tlt-1 with monster articulation. i have noticed you guys use oil shocks cool what size are these and also do they give good articulation in the front and rear fixed axles, whats the chassis torque roll like does it lean to anyone side of sits level . the 370n motor will this be ok or should i step up to a higher turn motor i need lots of torque for climbing. also dogbones i will no doubt need to use a longer set if i extend the wheelbase has anyone seen any mini slider uj's like the traxxas ones i was thinking a slider would allow for more adjustments to the wheelbase an chassis that what we have with dogbones. also what is the lowest pinion possible with this mini crawler as i need lower than a 11t pinion so it will give me more torque as well as a different motor

thanks guys
