Well after breaking my stock bumper on my very first run. I decided my t-100 needed something a little stronger. Here's my bumper made from 1'' diameter pvc. I cut the pvc to the required length, then cut it down the middle to get two halves. Took one half and drilled the screw holes to secure the bumper.

Here's a view from the bottom of the chassis. I mounted the bumper on two rubber bushings which i got from an old dvd drive. My thinking here is that the rubber will absorb some of the shock on impact. The bushings also provide clearance space between the shocks and the bumper.

Also because of the shape of the bumper the screws will be protected on impact which is an another improvement over the stock bumper. Anyone who has any improvements over this design feel free to suggest them. Next stage is painting it black to match the rest of the body.
