took the micro offroading,,,,,,,,,,,,
well went to my local indoor offroad 10th scale track,,,, the micro-t was very tiny on the track,, and I couldnt really do much because I didn't have the traction needed,,,,, tires were covered in mud,,, had to clean them using a toothbrush,,lol........ im sure that if a track (dirt or carpet) was made for the micro then that would be very exciting

So how well do you think it handled, that was kind of a big track dont you think. Did you break anything.

it handled as well as I thought it would,,,, crappy,, but given that the track was the same layout as the supercross,, every lil footprint was an obstacle,,........ I tried to jump it but it seems to be a bit nose heavy,,,, but I was trying to jump the double on the straightaway,,,, the thing looked funny out there,,,
other than that it handled nicely on the smoother surface,, it does need its own track though,,,,,, cant wait to see what someone might come up with
I will have to spray the tires with wd40 next time

We were talking about that thing where I race 1/18 scale on-road. We were thinking maybe we could setup some jumps around the track and use the micro-t because the 1/18 scale trucks are way to big for our tight track.
I was just wondering how the electronics in that thing are? Did it seem glitchy or was the speed control sloppy and I especially want to know how accurate the steering servo is.
I have a XXX-NT and a XXX BK2 (both rear wheel drive) for the local nitro track and you deffinatly need overall the right tires and you need a ton of throttle control and as they get smaller the harder they are to control on dirt. I couldn't imagine that thing on a 1/10 track... the RC18T looked like a bug going around our 1/8 buggy track.

How well did your AM system hold up on the track Jae? Thru running a pair of charge's in my house, I got a few small glitches. I think the culprit could easily be connected to house hold electronics like my TV though . I ran a charge out doors and might have had it "twich" maybe once or twice.
FM gear would have likely helped out or elimanted these "twiches". But considering, this stock Tx is much, much nicer than the stock 18T's !. Features wise they are similar, but the Micro T radio wins hands down in appearence. It's a carbon copy of the MLST stocker, but without the fancy synthesized FM
So I guess if your tires got caked with mud, they didn't wear down to much then ?
Even the RC18's and MLST's are big compared to this little guy. I can't imagine running it with other trucks and buggies.

Now all you need to do is to take your son or dad with ya so they can take a small vid of this little sucker. Have you done anything to it yet, like little mods and stuff like that.

Geez I think I might have to get one of these things. Hopefully a few more people will get them at Adam's track so we can race around with them.
How long does it last on a charge anyway?

Soooooo.......that means no more running untill the LHS's get some parts in ! Last time I checked , none of them had any spares. Bummed for sure......I guess i'll just have to make do and flu my little Picoo heli for a while
I've gotten a little under 10 minutes on the 3 chargers I was able to run before I lost the c-clip

well I lost one also,,, but I shook the rug and found it,,,, note to self -work over a large white towel next time..... since using the larger pinion runtime has gone down a lot...
sorry to say,, I have not done any mods to it,,,, just only sprayed the tires with wd40

the micro-t c-clips are the same size as the c-clips that are used on the mini-t hinge pins and what not.
