haha, sure, I'll meet you 1/4 of the way across the country Too bad Amazon only has the buggy, I really want the truck.

Yeah, I looked again at the radioshack charger, I see what you mean. The purple one seems pretty good. Would it also charge 2 li-on batteries for an Xmod? How long would it take to charge the Pro-Pulse/MegaPro battery?

I think I'll have to settle for the MegaPro... Maybe I'll contact MegaTech and purchase the blue Pro Pulse truck body top, Pro pulse stickers FTW!

I'll probably just get one shipped off of towerhobbies.

im going to call the number on the megatech site tomorrow, and see what they want for a t-100...

i don't think 960 will charge li-on batteries, it is really designed for nicds, and nimhs... i have two batteries right now, the 1200 and 1400 ones available for the propulse, and they both charge in 30-50 minutes, depending on the amperage i use... i did have to crimp on a small tamiya plug, as a it came with a large tamiya...

Be sure to share the cost though! And can you ask, for me, if they ship to Canada, and what their rates are?

Alright, the only reason I was asking for is because on the 960, there are two things that plug into batteries, the clips (red and black, I don't remember the technical term right now) I thought could be used for Li-on's for my Xmods.

no, those are to connect to a 12v car battery, so you can charge your packs when there is no ac power around, li-ons and li-pos require a different type of charger

yeah, i'll ask about canada shipping rates.

so i called the number on the megatech site today. they said you can only buy propulse branded stuff off that site now... the truck is 119.99 of the site, and they DO ship to canada, the woman i spoke to said that would be 140-150 shipped to canada... but it looks thats where youre going to have to go if you want the propulse brand...

Ok, thanks. I wonder why R$ would be cheaper than ordering directly.... it seems like it should be the other way around!

I'll have to convince my parents quickly, before they run out. I would definitely take the Pro Pulse over the MegaPro, I'll just order the T100 and 2 1400mah batteries from MegaTech, and then that purple charger that you told me about I'll order online.

I keep seeing T100 and B100 parts disappear from the RS site, does this mean that once the stock is gone, they are done? If so, where will we be able to purchase the parts and under what brand do you think they will be?

Alright, I guess it's not too bad of a price then. I'll check at my local hobby shop's website to see if they have the charger.

There website is http://www.hobbyhobby.com/

Just checked, they don't have it. I don't blame them though, they're more of a Nitro hobby shop.

I can just order the mrc 960 from Tower Hobbies though.

No, they will still be produced. The company who makes the Pro Pulse, MegaTech, is now selling them under a different name, the MegaPro, and will mostly be available through websites like towerhobbies.com . You can also take some parts from Team Associated's RC18t. But parts will still be produced that are identical to the Pro Pulse ones.

They seem to have quite a few MegaPro parts in stock.

http://www.southeastrc.com/Browse/PartNumberSearch.aspx

Too bad they only sell MegaPro's, not Pro Pulses lol. I think I'll order mine directly from MegaTech still.
