Hey all..Got my TLT built and man is it awesome! I built it with the CF plates and used the optional holes to get more ground clearance. It works great but it seems like it's so light and sits a bit higher than stock so the center dog bones click loudly in the cups when the suspension is strectched like when the truck is under hard acceleration and rocked more towards the rear wheels. If you pick it up and hold it with the suspension unspring it sounds and feels like it's beating itself to death due to the choppy interface of the bones and cups and the nasty vibration it causes. If I turn it upside-down and compress the suspension it's smooth as silk and very quiet. Any suggestions to clear this up? Should I move to the stock holes and lower the ride height?
Maybe you can bring your drive cups further to the middle to ad some rings between the cups and the diff's. The problem is probely that the dogbones to short, so you can look around for some longer ones, but not to long, because then it can come stuck between the drive cups.

make sure your links are the exact length that they say in the manual paintball..
and mr furious, i think you should move it back to the stock height
just lifting it like that will cause some drivetrain binding as the dogbone angle becomes too steep
are you using the monstertech chassis?
I cut 4 pieces of fuel tubing and put it in my drive cups to keep the dogbones centered. I had the same problem after I stretched my truck. small O rings work well also, jus make sure they don't fold when you slide them in.
