Bearing Sizes for MLST

Wheel hub ones are 4mmx8mm (qty.8)
I picked up a digital caliper and got it Saturday so here is the sizes:
The pinion gear bearings are 4x8
The bearings on the outside of the diff are 7x11
bearings in the center are as follows:
The top bearing that is on the gold colored shaft is 4x7
the middle bearing is 4x7
center diff has five 4mm x 7mm bearings and two 5mm x 9mm

what do the 2 number mean? i.e. 4x8, 4x7 , 7x11 etc... i think i might have confused some 4x8 with 4x7's !!!!

Metric sizes, first number is the inner hole size and the second number is the outer size.
