The birth of my propulse :D

Hey everyone! Just thought I'd add to the gallery

Here's my propulse. Upgraded titanium turnbuckle kit, and the off road tires for loose dirt/sand (which is where I mostly run)

Swapped the connectors to deans, and turned the esc sideways to make it more convenient to turn it on/off with the shell half on, and to make the zipties fit it easier.

Enjoy

Soon to come: (hopefully)

Shock upgrade, dual motor kit, dogbones, 1400mah battery pack, RC18 body (which I plan to custom paint)

That's really all I can think of that this think would need

Inputs and suggestions are always welcomed and appreciated

Awesome start! The Pro-Pulses are great stock and can hold their own against a RC18T when properly modded. Ti turnbuckles, aluminum shocks, and the CF driveshaft are an absolute must IMO. The 1400mAh packs are surprisingly good, and you can't beat 'em at <$10. The dogbones are fine, and don't need to be upgraded until you go with a higher-kv brushless motor. One think I'd like to say is don't get the twin-motor upgrade. The high-speed motor will bring you more benefit and give you more space on the chassis to work with.

WOOT UPDATE

I decided against the dual motor upgrade. Just keeping the single, using the battery mounts that came with it thought, and moved the esc down. Now it's all balanced here are some pics

- Guts

As you can tell, everything fits in there nice and tight, no loose wires anywhere, everything is nice and secure

-New shock show off/jump mode

Good ground clearance, the springs do a great job of keeping the truck from bottoming out

-Street/ low-pro mode (that is a stack of 4 nickels)

Nice and low, good for handling and when running on flat terrain

Well I hope everyone likes the pics Comments/suggestions are always welcomed and appreciated

Ohh just whatever comes with the aluminum shocks But I'm considering getting much thicker fluid and a set of stiffer springs for real jump capability
