96744 Micro's Losi Mini Rock Crawler

So it begins!

Finally got my Team Losi Mini Rock Crawler (Blue) yesterday!!!!

Even though I have seen this thing in person it is still pretty amazing just how small this thing is! But man is it Kewl!!!!!

Plans are for the typical cheap/free mods like lower the battery, esc and rx positions for now Had bought some 70mm Axial threaded post but they are to long I guess I read wrong as it turns out that I need the 60mm ones. So need to exchange the ones I have just hoping the lhs has them?

I know limiting the shocks are a good thing just have'nt decided if I want to just add something to the outside or open up the shocks and add something to the inside?

Right out of the box the esc was hanging from it's mounting position? Not surprising as I'm sure it had a HOT trip here!hehehe Another thing was that 2 of the tires are a little flat spotted. Funny as it is the two tires that are sitting in the fake rock boxes.

Changed the plugs to Dean's Ultra's today. Was going to go with Micro Plugs but everything else I have are Ultra's so just stuck with those.

I will run it in it's stock form for a little while though. Only change will be a Thunder Power 2S 1320mah LiPo pack. Oh I do still have those 1.9 Moab's that I cut down so that would let me see what different tires would do?

Proline is supposed to be coming out with some 1.9" Flat Irons and maybe some other tires as well? And Losi has Blue Compound Mini Claws and another one (forget the name?) Then there is always the option of attempting to cut another set of 2.2's down
