front tires,,, mini-t/ rc18t/IBS,,
dont hey make blade tires for 1/18th offroades,, like these here,, http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXMW77&P=7
i could have sworn i saw an advertisement with a mini-t and they were showing these tires..
i read a lil staement that mentions these for good bite and traction,, was planning on using them for my 1/10th truck when my stock fronts wear down.

excellent,,, now this question,, how well will they work on the rc18t,,, i see all the stadium trucks using the ribs in front ,, they must use them for a reason,, but to combine the ribs (im guessing for steering) and the pins for diggging,, would these prove to be a good alternative to just pins alone,,
i would like to get these front for my rc18t,, along with some holeshots in the rears,, if they sell them for 1/18th,,,
the track i go to has hard packed clay dirt,,

it will give you better acceleration out of corners as opposed to just edge front tires, and better turn-in. But it will give you slightly less sharp turn-in as opposed to a tire with full pins.
edge front tires are used on 2wd stadium trucks to make the truck more stable, if they have too much front grip from pin tires on the front the trucks get very loose in the rear because of being 2wd.
I think they'd work great at socal, they worked better for me than the stock front mini-t tires did but I dont have an RC18T
