Just ordered me a DX2 radio system. Scored it for 83 bucks. As promised here are some updated pictures.

Added
Motor heatsink + fan
Cleaner wired Tekin ESC
Aluminum arms
Aluminum wing mount and wing
RPM blue shock towers
Nylon spur gear
DP gear cover (not installed yet)

Also have a rc18mt body and some knobby tires to use offroad

The heat is almost non existent. It made a world of difference. I can run all out for the whole length of the battery and it barely gets warm to the touch. Keep in mind its been about 40 to 45 degrees lately though.

Wish it would snow here every once in a while. It gets cold enough but never does. We always got ice on the roads and every things always frozen in the mornings.

You ever go out in the snow with your rc's?

Oh hell no man.....maybe if my electronics were waterproof then yes i would.....in the past i would put them in balloons and set them down using foam tape which did an awesome job at keeping the snow and slush out.

Haha I dont blame you. I wouldnt either even with the balloons over the electronics. Theyre just too expensive to risk doing that.
