OR difference in weight (6 - 3300s vs. 9 - 2/3A cells) is 6 oz (170.13 gm)
OR the difference approx. of 2.7 3300s or 7 1/2 kan cells.
my bets on the new chassis.

What are you doing? You don't use sub-c cells in a micro. Try finding the right cells and their weights, then do your calculations (the cp-1300 and cp-1700 can be found at www.battlepack.com).

just going by what the post says....
since you couldnt be bothered to do the calcs yourself..here it is...revised...
4/5SCs are 73% the weight of 3300s & 1/2SCs are 54%.
so the numbers would be as follows:
for 4/5SCs,
so 6 vs. 9 cells, in weight is 9.72 oz vs. 7.2 oz (275.56 gm vs. 204.03 gm)
OR difference in weight (6 - 4/5SCs vs. 9 - 2/3A cells) is 2.52 oz (71.53 gm)
OR the difference approx. of 1.6- 4/5SCs or 3.15- kan cells.
for 1/2SCs, no weight difference in 6- 1/2Scs vs. 9- 2/3As.

Thanks for the comments, we appreciate both the good and the skeptical. We are working on the new web site, getting all the info updated as well as posting all the pictures. There's a lot to show off with this new chassis, we've really only touched the tip of the iceberg.
Just to keep things moving in the meantime, here's another sneak peek.

The 480bb can fit with a normal rear axle but you do need the 2mm spacers (included in the MRS4 kit) and have to shave off a small piece the endbell of the motor.
If this is the setup, you only have to set the rims 1 position wider than the smallest position.
Running the Jamara 400/23 it will fit without mods.
It fits perfectly under a Ferrari 360 modena.
You can see some pics of my conversion here:

Here's a pic for you that shows a pretty good example of what bodies can fit. The chassis is wide, but it still should be compatible with many popular bodies that are available. If you can figure out what shell it is in this pic, you'll have a good idea of what other bodies will fit.
