Turn radius for track
I'm thinking of getting a RS4 Micro for bashing around and was planning of building a track in the basement. Was wondering what is the smallest turning radius that these cars can handle? Would it work on a mini-z track (lanes are 2ft wide)?

It stands for End Point Adjustments for steering......its used to limit the right and left steering of the servo, and you can fine adjust it using your radio.

You will have no problems with turning radius.........which driving format are you going to use 140 or 150mm. 140 will give you a better turning radius then 150, but then again 150 gives you a more stable car.

Not sure yet... I haven't purchase the kit yet... was just doing research. But I thought I ready somewhere that these cars have a large turning radius for it's size so that's why I was wondering how wide should it need? Most of the turns I'm planning to have will be hairpin like turns so that would require the maximum amount of turning radius

Then i would opt for the 140mm belt.........and you might want to find a GPM adjustable steering linkage as well so that way your able to set your toe in or toe out. The HPI steering linkage and servo saver will do fine as well.

What is the part number for the GPM and where can you find GPM parts?
For the HPI you mean this one? http://www.hpiracing.com/products/en/73436/

You might want to get the servo mount to go with it.......since the servo saver is made for a micro servo. And as for the GPM link you might want to do a search on ebay.......I dont have a number on them so searching for it might be kind of hard......
You might be better off with the Dual link setup by HPI.........since its probably easier to find them.

The servo mount cuts down on the size of the standard servo by letting you go with a micro servo......this will also give you more room. Take a look at the pic so you know what im talking about. The second pic is the servo mount with the gpm linkage.
