We race them on carpet at R/C Madness.
Most who do use foam tires and the 2 hole shock pistons.
The truck hooks up very well!!

i race mine on carpet also.....before the M18T i wasnt really into racing the micro trucks on carpet, figured they were better suited for dirt, but the easy adjustability of the M18T made it feel right at home on the carpet, not to mention i am the current points leader in the summer series at the track.......

all this is practice for MADNESS in April where i plan to make a statement!!!!...j/k its all fun

Twan why wont you make the 45 min drive to potbellies on the 16th and check out our micro club racing

Mini Me... You have plenty of time to start planning to come to the 1/18 Nats. Get a group of people and it might save you a few bucks or see if X-Ray can help you out...

Im fortunate enough to live in between both Potbellys and RC Madness.(both places are awesome) I have been running my x ray m18t on carpet. The m18t drives smoother and i can be faster.....which means i crash harder....

i been to pottbellys its a nice place. i race at mushroom bowl all the time. i'm trying to set up a m18 just for pottbellys. at the bowl we race 5 cell with stock motors. we get alot of kids there & try to keep cost down. i race on road nitro in summer & m18 in winter. i just got a rc18 & like it alot but i think xray makes a better car or truck. i had alot or problems with the rc18 so i wanted to swich to the xray how i see alot of people run the on carpet so i think i will swich soon. thanks for the info
