Motor for tight track

At our local club we race indoors on a very tight track. I am wondering what mod motor (280,300,370,etc.) motor would work best. I figure a motor with replaceable brushes and adjustable timing would be a good choice. Run time is also a consideration. I will be using intellect 1200 6 cell packs. I want a motor that will last a while (in runtime and life expectancy) and have plenty or torque for a very tight track.

Well here's a cleaning tip for you.....open your rx up and clean the board with compressed air.......having a dirty pc board can also cause problems.....try that out and see if that helps.

its not off topic. but i guess i didnt ask... will some nics on the reciever wire affect this. and im getting fed up w/ brushless. i havent even driven my mini-t in like 2 months. and i havent even touched the m18. well driven it. i am thinking about getting the Cobalt 18 14T. does any of the reversible esc's like the spy, etc. take lipo.?.

You will need to have a cut-off voltage device in order to run lipo's on the Spy.........yes nicks will affect range quality of the signal.

I have a Novak Spy (Updated version) that is in 100% working condition and has a red Deans Micro plug for the battery connection and a black one for the motor connection.
