If you want to use a Speed 300 size motor in your HPI Micro RS4 then you will need a new motor plate. The motor you want is a Graupner Speed 300 6V version, part number GR3306. Hobby Lobby in the US sells these for $13.90 each.

The Orion Elite Micro Modified motor should be fine but I do not see that it includes a new motor plate. For the money, I'd stick with the Graupner motor I suggested first. On 6-cells it's very fast and will likely over power the RS4 chassis.

Try Penguin R/C for graphite motor plates at $6 each.

I stand corrected on fitment. I think the HPI 45T mod motor would be a nice jump in speed and definitely fits the stock motor plate.
