Early April is what I've been getting. Glad to see some people anticipating this product, it will be well worth the wait.

Three different performance packages. The Extreme has some insane torque and top speed!

Tricky , can you please test the Tekin BL on cheap batts and on GP's, most of us here dont use lipos or lithium. Well it seems to me that this new bl is gonna be kick a$$.

Mini T:

I cannot post any pics on the web yet. Patience will pay off in the end. The specs are on the Team Tekin website. No running specs have been released yet. I am doing my best to inform you all on the performance and quality of this Brushless System. And Yes, these will reach the same speed realms as the M 8k. Should be getting a 3-cell Lipo soon, and we will conduct a top speed test at the airport.

Alfred:

Yes, I have been testing this setup with Lithium Polymers, and NiMH. I can also test on the stock mini-t AA NiCd pack if you would like As with the NiMHs and Lipos, no cogging and good runtimes. The Lipos are faster, but I realize that NiMH and NiCd are used by a lot of the R/C people here.

Are you using CBP's and GP's, need to know before i make another mistake and get a Mamba BL again. And what kind of Batt plugs are you using. And your set up please if you dont mind. Did you gear down on your pinion and then go up.

I will be using GP 2300 AA cells, and also just the regular ol' alkalines. My mini-t is setup with:

TEKIN Scorpion Brushless 8K
TEKIN Chrome FM Receiver
Hitec HS-55 Servo
Ultra Deans Connectors
Integy Evo X Alloy Conversion (Replaces everything but Front Bulkhead and Chassis with Alloy)
Integy Carbon Fibre Chassis
Integy Titanium Turnbuckles
Integy Ball Diff
Integy 14t Pinion
Integy 60t Spur
3Racing Outdrives
Teflon Sealed Bearings
Losi Oil Shocks (20wt Front and Rear Oil)
Losi Premounted Foams
Losi Streat Meats/ Chrome Rims

Can Run:

Apogee 2 Cell 7.4 Volt Lipo
GP 2300 4 & 6 cell NiMH
*Possibly* GP 1100s (How Many Cells?)
Stock 4 cell Pack with Alkalines or NiCds

Any other batts, let me know and I'll see what I can do

I will also be testing this brushless in the Team Associated RC18T.

a lot of us racers and bashers alike use 5 to 6 cell GP's 1100's. Oh and thanks for posting your set up. So the Tekin system has no cogging whatsoever. Have you used a different program setting other then the one your using now.
