It seems to me that you might have a dead cell in your pack.....after you charge it you might want to check the voltage of the pack......

If you haven't cycled the pack recently I would do so. I discovered that I need to cycle the Propulse batts more frequently after I installed the Twin Motor Upgrade. Seems that they get a bit sketchy quicker after adding a bigger power demand.

cheers

Please tell me what I have to do to cycle a pack, I'm very green to this stuff. I also just installed the dual motor setup after hand-grenading my first one. What can I say? I'm a basher :P

The purpose of cycling is to 'clean' the batts memory and regain the full charge capacity of the batts. Batt packs can develope a 'short memory' and start dropping off before they actually fully discharge. Literally making themselves think they have less capacity than they do.
To cycle a pack you use a 'Discharger' to do a full discharge(drain) and then do a full charge. Dischargers ignore batt memory and attempt to fully drain the pack hopefully erasing the 'bad memory'. For older batt packs it can take up to 5 cycles. Which may still only regain 60-80% of what the pack's original capacity was if it is a really old and heavily used pack.
Thor14ed has a battery charger like myself that is a combination Charger/Discharger/Cycler.
