i think i may have ran the 26t too much too long,, i was doing this to get rid of some of the torque,, which i had a hard time controlling,, i would run it about 3 times a day,, maybe more,, not sure,, and i would run it hard,, just doing speed runs down the street,, racing the cars as they past by,,, .... hell im missing that motor now,, oh well,, im down for the count now anyways,,, just broke the lil screw thingie underneath the knuckle,, i keep breaking these things,,, time f some allow knuckles,,

get this i even broke my allow rims,, the lil prongs for the front rims broke,, both tabs,, ,, (i hit the wall a lil too hard....lol.lol.. )

Looks like your getting close. It's a thrill when you first pull the "trigger". I'm running a 22T pinion. When the weather gets better (April) I'll gear up.

Jees, I first thought, when I got into Micros, that everything was undersized. Now I forgot all about the 1/10th world and when I think about the 540 or 480 motor crammed into the undersized world of micros, my brain is mixed up...

so is everything ready to go buddy. You need to take the Sleeper to your local track and amaze the racers there with your micro. Some of the people here with the MRS4 dont even know that theres a 540 and 480 conversion.

Why? Unless they're running brushless, they don't really stand a chance.

I disagree. I own both. I find the Xray outhandles the RS big time. I have two Xrays one Mamba and one Mass Termination. My Sleeper has all the hop-ups, ball diffs, twin link steering and VCS shock. It just doesn't get around the track as well ask Xrays.
Don't get me wrong the Sleeper is a fast basher.

well...I hit a slight road block today....
I put my back out ever so slightly, picking up my youngest. Anyways, I went to the chiropractors and she got me back on track - its a little tender still. oh well, that's life.

anyways, one 9-cell pack is complete with deans and the other i'll finish later tonight. i'll charge the first one up and cycle it thru gently to get it conditioned (CBPs) thru the triton.

Nice picture. You've had good results with a chiropractor? I tried one over the summer for a bicycling injury. They seemed to make it worse.

I've been saying this time and time again, its the person behind the vehicle driving it around the track. If the person can drive with the MRS4 then to me they will be the hardest to beat, i have seen it before. Not trying to argue on which micro is better---in the end its all up to the driver.

And homer please keep us posted. And keep the pics comin.

I have never driven a stock RS4 around a track, just the Sleeper. I find both my Xrays easier to drive. There may be a sleeper in the classifieds soon.....
