O.K. to speed things up a bit!hehehe

I painted the body last night! About 11pm!

I used Comp Orange backed with Daytona Yellow. Used the yellow just to empty the can!hehehe

The flames are XXX Main razor flames. I used Tamiya Translucent Purple and Blue(again the blue was used to empty the can)

After spraying the main body color I sprayed the flames with the purple. I than sprayed the center area of the flames with the blue and the edges on the sides blue to give it a slightly darker finish.

I than backed it with indy silver. I just love the look this creates! It not like a metallic color but almost like a marble look.

Thanks fellas!

Well got the body mounted up yesterday! Looks pretty good on there.

It is a little higher than most crawlers would want it! But I don't want to cut the body if I don't need to! I am not competing so it don't matter to me!

Also took it out to see how it runs with the body, and the tires still hit the body on steeper climbs, but not to bad. I'm still not cutting it yet!

Well got the TLT-10 out on some real rocks this past saturday!

The truck performed well despite my newbie crawlin skillz!

Learned that my EPIC Outlaw Stock motor does'nt like crawlin!!!
It was running a little hot and causing my mc230cr to go into overheat protection! At first I thought the esc's bec was not enough to handle the dual 590 servos.

So I will be picking up a lathe sooner than expected!hehe I would really like to get a homles hobbies brushless setup!!!

Needless to say the body is no longer new!hehehe

I am going to try and mount it lower on the chassis, and will need to cut the wheelwells bigger for this! But heck it's a crawler/basher so I'm going for it!hehe

Here's some pics of it on the rocks!
