heh I forgot about this brushless system, does ANYONE have anything more to add? Or is there only a cloud of speculation surrounding the release date?

I've been away from the micro scene since last winter. This Tekin brushless was the hot topic. Still nothing? What happened?

Ok dudes, it's official. We shipped them out last Friday.

Talk about delays, and making people upset They're out there now, so be happy!!! lol jk

You gotta remember that it was me who announced it way before I was supposed to.....back when it was the Scorpion and it was going to be released in April. A lot of changes happened since then including packaging, name, decals....blah blag I could go on forever.

peace my brothers.....

Mini Rage prices vary from about $135 to $155, depending on which kv system you select and who you buy it through.

A couple of guys were running them in their trucks at the races Friday. Very, fast. The shop was pretty excited about them too. The drag brake was a big hit along with the onboard programing. That is a big plus for me because I use a Mac. I may have to try brushless again.

The new Mamba software is out with drag brake and some other goodies, but you still need a PC and the link.

But doesnt the Tekin do away with all that......Minus the PC and the link.....arent you able to change and control all your settings on the unit itself.

Yup the Tekin is all on-board no PC. I was just saying Mamba released their update on 11/30.
