Kool... Make sure to add a roll cage or something like that that will fit under the body. It looks like it will traction roll a lot.

I dont think that it will be needed....not a lot of space on there man.....and knowing Roelof he wont traction roll a lot......he knows how to set up his rides.

I had to much traction roll, had to much grip in the front, Now I am using 50 shore in front and the car is awesome.
Yes, you can try to use an aluminium chassis for bashing but Epoxy is much easyer to make and cheap.

That would be a decent idea if the NT18 chassis will bolt right up. Are all of the holes gonna line up properly?
The NT18 chassis does use what Xray terms as "flexable" and adjustable. You are supposed to be able to tighten a screw for more stiffness, and lossen it for more flexability. I suppose the looser you run it, will be for surfaces where there is less traction.

what is the weight difference between the nt18 and the m18? is a standard m18 setup going to be heavy enough to use the thicker aluminum chassis properly? also, i don't think the chassis has the correct motor mount holes, though that could be remedied quickly!
