Is this your car? http://www.one18th.com/showtoy.php?id=2713

If it is, a sub-c stick pack?

I like the XRS ESC you got. Since that thing came out I've always thought it would make a great ESC for the Hybrid. But isn't it only rated to a 15-turn motor? And you got a 14x2? Ah, I see, you just had to push it to the absolute limits of its operability. I guess that's typical of most people.

How are you running 4WD with those batteries across the whole chassis? Do you have the belt installed? Well at least your runtimes should be decent, but your setup will be much cleaner once you get the 4/5SC cells. Anyway, looks good! Keep it up.

Anyone know how the Trinity Monster Horsepower Stock Pro Motor compares to the Epic Binary 2 Outlaw Pro Motor?

A friend of mine has a micro with the outlaw and a 30t pinion, I like the look of the trinity though and would like mine to be little different from his but similar performance.

I think the binary 2 stock is faster, cause at Socal, the binary 2 stock motors are illegal, only legal in the pro Stock class.

I'll go the outlaw, looks like we'll pretty much have matching cars now, i'll just have to use a different shell

I was going to install a Monster HPS, but with the cap board set-up making the motor longer I decided not. Instead I hand-picked a P2K pro-for higher RPM. I shimmed the axle holder with a 1mm washer so the slot on the axle wouldn't have to be altered and kept the track width on both sides more equal. Only minor shaving of the brush-mounts and endbell were required. I also upgraded the motor bushings to ceramic ball-bearings.
