TO elite mod motor

does anyone know a safe operating motor temperature for this motor?

How many cells and what pinion are you using......Do you have a heatsink on the motor.

Dont know the safe operating temp of the motor......but you should let the motor cool off a bit inbetween battery changes.....and if the motor gets hot fast you also might want to check your pinion to gear mesh.....

yeh i did for a while....but being where i am, shipping costs from places like tower and rcraceday where too expensive. for example, 300 motor plate maybe around 10 US but to get it to me, their shipping was around 17 dollars.

I'm getting a bit fed up now becuase i need 150mm belt for my new X3 chassis but i'm not prepared to spend around 22 dollars to get it to me. My main option was to order from rcmart who are based in hong kong however they only stock 140mm belts.....so yeh, im in a bit of a pickle

Have you tried having a friend here buy it for you and then ship it to ya.....i have a buddy that does that....Saves on shipping i think......
