Well, here's the Bod

I decided not to go with decals and keep the body clean. I had problems with the paint and couldnt get exactely what I intended to do but I still think the car looks okay.

What do you think?

I'll have one more pic as soon as i get the lights put in.

Thanks, I'm thinking of going with the HPI C5-R body. But I've got a few other things on my mind right now:

Yeah, I've been thinking about it for a while now. Plus the DX3 has two receivers so I can put one in the MRS4 and the M18 if I get one.

Oh, and I forgot. I should be getting my order from Tower Hobbies tomorrow. If not it's late but any way there should be some steel universals and some deans plugs. So I can say the car is done(Officialy) unless I crash it again

Steel Universal Installation

Well I went out and installed the steel universals but they gave me a hard time in the process. It turns out that the screw that holds the front wheels in was too long, leaving the front wheels realy loose since the srew was touching the inside of the knuckle and could not go all the way in. So I sniped off a little less that two mm of the screw and there was a perfect fit. I don't understand why they wouldn't go in all the way in the first place. Did I get some screws mixed up?

couldn't have though because those were the screws that have been in the car since I started with the kit. Any way, if I'm correct that should be a good tip for any one who plans to use steel universals in the future.
