The more teeth on the pinion gives it more speed less torque, less teeth gives you more torque less speed.

nevermind tomorrow im hoping to post pics of my pp the body should be in then ill post the pics couple light mods all rs parts carbonfiber shaft high speed motor and 1400 mah battery and new dirt tires

I'm a forum whore, however not to many people post on these forums, so I don't awnt to feel like a jackass being the only one posting. Also I work at night so I usually don't touch a computer til later in the evening.

Oh yeah and just to keep in mind, think of trucks, high torque, low top speed. That's what I usually think of it. Best bet is getting a good high speed motor topped with a good pinion/spur gear combo to get good off the line and top speed.

well i have a 15 tooth pinion and a 13 tooth what combo do u suggest?

I would go with the 15, you will notice a speed increase with that pinion.
