minityson - go here:

http://www.bakehead.com/minit_mods_page.htm

You will note that the link at the top of the page points to the original cagedmax solution for a HS-55 mod - I tried it with the HS-81mg and it too worked. It looks complicated but is really fairly simple to do. When you have a NON WORKING Losi servo - take it apart and look at how it works and the electrics - simple motor - circuit board - pot. The pot in the Losi servo is soldered directly to the circuit board.

Now the HS-55 OR the HS-81mg is EXACTLY the same except they have larger more sophisticated motors AND their pot's are connected using wire leads.

Everything else is covered in this little page!

Servo

Has anyone tried the S241MG from JR. It works great and bolts right in. No need for a servo saver as I have hit the wall at our local track many times now and it just keeps on ticken. Great servo but pretty spendy. Good luck.

As for my Mini T, well I just got a TO 1200mAh pack for it.......still trying to decide on the servo though, I don't want to use the 50 series Hitec. I plan on using my M8 and an MTronics M3 Cubic ESC. I'm also undecided on the motor....I read that a few people like the Rabid Chihuaha, but also heard that the Trinity Micro Monster is a good way to go. Anybody try the Baja yet??

I saw that a guy is selling a set of four Associated VCS Shocks with ends and balls as shock replacements, anybody have 2 more pennies for that idea, I guess I could measure it my self, but I thought Losi was to release a set soon.

Anyway........I have to find out the skinny on the M18.....according to Vince's automated e-mail service thingy, I should have mine Monday morning.....YEAH!!!!
DUDE Get the BAJA.I have five mini t,s ran just about any brushed or brushless motor out there. Love the baja.

step 1, take the battery pack out, step 2 install the servo, step 3 mod the battery so that it fits again
