Between those three it's a personal choice. I personally liked trinity motors I've had in the past so I might go that way. The main thing is to find out which of the motors the ESC an handle. I know the stock ESC can handle 2 RS high torque motors but does that translate into one Trinity Cobalt 16T in terms of power draw. Will upping the require an additional investment in a new speed control?

if the rs esc can handle two motors then it will handle a trinity motor....since most motors that we use for our scale go up too 5amps........if you think about it for a sec, two motors that could be using up too 10amps on that esc it will surely handle any mod motor out there.

From the manual.
ESC: 80A FETs and with BEC

I'm guessing I could put nearly anything with brushes in this thing.

Damn something else to save up for when I start collecting parts for my next Pro-Pulse Project (PRO-R100x). I already am thinking RC18R Arms, MIP CVDs, MIP Diffs (Ball rear, one way diff Front) Titanium Hinge Pins and Turnbuckles.

I'm currently thinking the French Citroen over the Mitsubishi.
