Finally got around to upgrading my elecs.

i was planin on gettn an rs4 but it never came from the kid i bought it from so i decided to throw it on my t! soooooo..


Im runnin the futaba 230 esc, the futaba r142je receiver and i got a hitec hs-55 comin the the mail,

Man i cant wait! any reccomendations on the next upgrade i should get? i got a batt pack and bearings already.

thanks and ill post pics when i can.

and would it be possible to run my orion coreless elite in my mini-t???

youll need a new servo saver for teh hitec servo unless you wanna swith out the top gear on both the hitec and your stock servo so it connects right.

you need some stronger/better chassis parts. like titanium turnbuckles, or oil shocks- and get spring sets for front and rear.

atualy it doesn't weight it down to much. This is from the admin of one18th.com "My full Aluminum T weighs only 2oz more than my pretty much stock minus Losi Shocks and aluminum Front hubs."

well my 5400kv brushless should be here tommorow and i got bearings and a hitec hs 55 in the mail and they didnt send my servo saver so i used one from a stock servo and i filed the splined part of the serv into a hexagon to make it fit an it works great!. man elecs help alot! its faster and is greast control, and MUCH quiter with bearings and no loud servo.

yep its a ton quieter. you need to get yourself a ball diff for the rear now. to withstand that brushless. id say get the 3racing diff !!! its awsome

you might want to upgrade your spur and pinion, or just buy a bunch of stock, because im sure the brushless will eat those right up.

i got a nice steel pinion thtle work great, and stockers wprk great to if ya use a litle loctite
