I would get any cap thats over 1000mf and at least 12volts.....so this way it will keep the esc nice and cool and provide some punch as well.

Because i really dont use any cells higher then 7.2volts....at the track i go too there mod class consists of Speed 300 and five cells......thats why the voltage of the cap is so low and the mf is so high. Its really a preference though....if you plan on going up in cells you want to make sure your cap can handle it.....thats why i recommend a cap at 12volts.

I run 5 cells. And can i use the cap at forward ONLEY (plane esc with auto cut off at low voltage) ?

Yes, it really doesnt matter what esc you have...whether or not its forward only it doesnt matter......Do this little mod and tell us what you think.

I tried 1000 mf and 2200 mf cap's and i couldnt see the diferece of them so i went with the 1000 mf cap! I think it works a bit better than without an cap. Alfred how do you know when the cap is charged? How can i know witch one of them are better can i meashure something with the voltmeter?
