just remember that if the batts get too hot take them off the charger......when the pack gets too hot the shorter the lifespan of the cells will be.

You should trim the top of the servo horn to make it look cleaner, looks good man.

Yeah, I'm using the 55t. I'd like to use the 60t but it won't fit. The one thing that I like about the RC18(x) is that you can change the spur gear cover if needed. You could always grind out the chassis on the Pro-Pulse if you really wanted to use the 60t, but then the gear would be exposed. Now that I think about it, I guess you could crazy glue an R18(x) spur gear cover in it's place. Hmmm..... maybe something I could look into doing!? LOL

yeah i suppose, lol.
don't know about you, but im using the original high torque motor, i actually really like this one. the 55 tooth gear gives me still plenty of torque, and slightly higher speed than the original spur. i really can't imagine the truck with any less torque, honestly, i love donuts and churning up dust

Well, it is just a thought for me. I'm running the Dual Motor set up, so I've got all the torque I need! LOL. Before I got my RC18MT, I used to buy them over priced $20/gears from Radio Shack. It was getting too expensive. Then I bought my RC18MT, and I found that the gears were very similar, as well as other parts, so I experimented and just starting using them. (This was before I learned about forums, and how on forums they've mentioned that some parts are inter-changable!)

I just came home from Radio Shack (even after I just complained about their high prices!? LOL) cause I bought another set of Aluminum Shocks from them. I like Pro-Pulse shocks better than the Factory Team Aluminum Shocks (which costs the same price anyway) because the shock bodies and shafts on the Pro-Pulse ones are longer!!! When I come home from a concert tonight, hopefully I'll be able to work on my "Monster T100" and you'll see why I bought another set of Pro-Pulse Aluminum Shocks.
