MLST on the scale

I bought a postal scale off ebay last week and got it tonight so been weighing crap all over my room of coarse stuck the MLST on it and here is my result and also what I mounted.
CAW motor mount
hyperion motor
mamba esc
CF plates
MIP ball diff
TLT body and yes I even left the body pins in
hitec hfs-03mm receiver
Thats everything that is not stock and it comes in at 1.8 pounds!

With the stock body its 1.79 pounds
------------------------------------------------------------
Everything above and a 1500 3s lipo: 2.0 pounds
Everything above and a 8cell 1200IB pack: 2.2 pounds
-------------------------------------------------------------
Difference between stock plates and CF plates is:
Stock aluminum (all 6): 68grams

Cf plates (all 6): 36grams!
--------------------------------------------------------------
Stock MLST tires/rims ( 4 ): 218grams

Stock set of Minizilla rims/tires weighs:
188grams
------------------------------------------------------------
For us owners of a mlst and minizilla, my mz with vertigo ext. tvps, aluminum front bumper, alum. front shock tower, alum. f/r bulkheads, stainless steel screws, losi hummer lid, stock electronics, HB's new spoke rims and bonz tires:

748grams or 1.650 pounds

I got the new Hot Racing shock tower today and weighed it against the stock plastic one and the results are:

Stock: 4grams
Aluminum: 8grams
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Got a new weigh in: 2lb 9oz
This is with CF plates, TLT tires/wheels, monotuning wide kit, 3r shocks, hot racing shock towers, 8cell pack, CF motor plate and hyperion motor, HR handle. About it.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is a new one for the weight watchers.
I picked up a set of the revised rear knuckles from HR and gotta say their rather nice. Weight difference, I would say not even noticable, 8 grams for the stock setup and 6 for the aluminum. Given what you dump off the truck for these its worth it in my opinion and plus they look kool!
