Happened to be have a digital camera at the house today, so I decided to take some shots of my EXO2 ride.

Are all 4 viewable???

The reason I ask, is when posted, these show up in the thread. But, I did the exact same thing in another thread, you have to click on a link to make it work. What gives???

Thanks for the compliments. I've explained in some other threads that my XXL wouldn't work when mounted where they suggest, under the cf piece that holds the battery in. I guess I'll reserve that spot for the transponder. It works great mounted where it is.

Here is the rundown:

EXOII
HPI rear ball diff
HPI steel dogbones
GH front ball diff
GH stiff front springs
Homemade front sway bar (thanks to Thad Garner's setup thread)
HPI soft rear tires
HPI kit front tires
Hitec HS-81 mg
IPD Race-20
Novak XXL (Thanks Blind)
Rabid Chihuahua (Thanks Blind)
6 cell KAN pack (Thanks Blind)
Pinion gearing ;-) That's a secret....shhhh

Jwray, question on that IPD race 20 esc.

How is the performance? Does the current seem consistent and pump out its full potential?

Also, how are the proportional brakes? I was interested in one in the past and was wondering if I missed out.

Let me know, thanks!

If you can get your hands on one, and you race, I highly recommend it. I can't remember how many steps are in its range, but it is much smoother than my friend's Spy. It delivers the current very consistantly and the brakes are good. They aren't typical airplane brakes, its brakes work just as good as any other micro esc's brakes. Other than that, it's as simple as it gets. It's plug and play. It's tiny, It can handle like 10 or 12 cells (it's one or the other, either way, that's a lot of power) and it can handle 540 motors!!!! I read a thread here recently where scmicromike was running it with a 19t 540 motor and it doesn't get hot. The instructions don't recommend above a 480 though.

The only complaints I've ever heard are that it doesn't have reverse, and it doesn't have an on and off switch. Both don't matter if you're racing. It's not for running around in the house, it's made to deliver HIGH POWER!!! Yes, you are missing out. For a racing esc for the micro, you can't do any better in my opinion, oh, and I almost forgot the best part, it's only $45.
