Hmmm read the article man......two servos and two motors....what kind of battery does it run on.....doesnt seem that the battery will even last to have a good time. Nice truck though...

I agree...that was the first thing we noticed! The thing we will do is this: Rip out the 2 motors, and put a BL in it...and run a lipo!
The same thing that most eMaxx users do when they go to BL.

finally got to see the pic of the battery.........Nice but considering the power output of the dual motors and dual servos i really dont see a person having that much fun......Hey Jon do you plan on making batts for this monster......I wish i knew the specs on the esc.....more cells would be so much better then just 6.

We are working on it!!!
The truck is VERY cool, VERY COOL, but i am not sure about the through process that went into the duration runtimes of the truck.
We have made the adj. to the URC Battery matrix, adding the new Mini-LST (uses either the X42 or X32 style pack), so I will need to see what we can do in adding more runtime.

It LOOKS nice, i agree. But form follows function, why the two motors? A single motor (480 or 540 size) would have been the better choice. The same with the Servo(s).
There will always be a difference between the two motors (also the servos) and this will result in a decrease of efficiency.

Man, they are trying too hard to scale down the LST. I think they should go with the one standard servo+540 motor just like the others, but it sure looks cool.

you cant run a 540 in these trucks unless you can fit Sub-C or 4/5Sub-C cells in it. The 540 motors require tooooo many amps and watts.
I agree with the dual servos, not necessary, but its cool for a company to say "we did that". Isn't that what its all about anyway? Look at the the new Nitro NT18. What about the PTI Goliath (540 in a 18th scale truck), etc.....
My prediction is this: Most drivers will put (1) BL Motor in the truck, and mod out the dual servo setup, to allow just one.

I talked to my buddy josh over at Debbies and he told me that the LST was coming out the 20th of this month and some lhs was going to start carrying them a week after..........I might just have to get one....the lst does look nice even though the run time might just fall short......

I am (personally).
No development for URC..the pack is a standard mini-t pack.
Whoever can tell me who has em and for how much, would be GREAT!

What size is the Mini-T batt? Or which Lipo fits, I guess thats what i'm getting at?
So are we looking at 2 K4's or 2 K5's (if thats what you chose for your new babies name )? Can you imagine the power 2 tuned motors and a Lipoly pack would produce? Just insane .
I know I want one simply because I love my LST , but there are other contenders for my R/C $. I should look at a buggy to round out my micro stable, but this Mini LST looks good. Could you imagine if someone like Psycho-Tek stepped up to the plate with a blue CF chassis set?? I would think possible since they already make a chassis set for the LST, and CF parts for other electric's like the Mini-T, B4, and E-Maxx. Then Pro-Line needs to step up with some 40 series style Bow-Ties and Wabash wheels !!
I wonder if it's going to be the same size as the Kyosho Mini Inferno ST? That thing sounds truggy like coming off a buggy platform. But as it stands, the Half 8 is already knocking on the door of having to run in a seperate class from the other 18th scale trucks/buggies.
