hello,
being a newbie here for sure, please along with my bill explain the benefits I will gain from a better batt. along with my purchase of the mini lst I bought a spare batt and the quick charger. Seems the standard batt lasts and performs better. I still am very pleased with the performace of this truck as it gives me about 20-30 minutes of fun.

Higher Dishcarge rates = better punch
Higher voltage under loads = longer runtimes, longer punchy feel.

and you will melt your ESC too!
Most stock electronics can only handle/rated for 6-cells. You might be able to get away with running 7.
What truck/car do you have?

Its a mini lst and I wont be doing electronics upgrade until later but I want as much power as I can get out of my stock equipment. I want to know where my $ will be best spent.

Barely noticeable.
We have had some comments back from customer stating that they "saw" a preformance improvement with the 32 style.

Well...an upgrade in battery packs will give you a NOTICABLE improvement right off the bat.
that would probably be your cheapest upgrade, but see a difference in the truck.

I have a couple of good packs I have been running with my mini t but it seems the mlst runs them down pretty quick so I was thinking of a 1200 mah or a 2 cell lipo I dont know wich would be better?

you will not really see any huge runtime increase using 1200 nimh over 1100
look at a 7.4v lipo that you can fit in it.......higher the mah..the longer the runtimes!
Dont put anything more than 7.4v with the stock electronics

Hi,
i was wondering about getting a special pack made. I want a 6 cell pack but in the config. at the bottom. It will be going UNDER the mini lst chassis between the bottom of the chassis and the skid's it will be basicly a SADDLE PACK, to run on each side of the tranny. If you could give me some price's of this or if you need more pics of what i am talking about email me at biggizmo928@yahoo.com Please email me with price's and what kind of cells will be in the pack. I dont check here that much cuz i forget too so PLEASE email me. thanks
