whats the benefit of lowering the main chassis as shown on

If your batteries are attached to the underside of your upper deck and your ESC and reciever are also attached to the upper and rear deck, then lowering the chassis has no benefits. If you have your batteries and electronics on the bottom deck, or even just your batteries, then what it does is lower your center of gravity. This in turn gives the car better handling and more traction. Think of it this way, if you are standing straight up, then you are relatively easy to be pushed over. If you squat down, as if you are gonna throw a tackle in football, then you are harder to push over due to a lower center of gravity. Hope this helps.

When I lowered my micro and the batteries on the chassis...the handling becomes quicker, like its very responsive...
