Hi, I'm just wondering is GPM rear differ any good? Do I need a thrust bearing for it? I heard alot of people are having w/ GPM parts. Or I should get rear differs from GH or HPI.
I would be really appreciated if you can join this disscusion.
thanks

forgot to ask, what's the difference between 1/16 and 1/8? Are these numbers indicate the size of the balls of GPM rear ball differ?

The GPM diff is just OK. I am loyal to the HPI diff though. I found a trick for the GPM unit to actually make it work better. If you take it apart, you can take some material out of the center hole in the spur gear (just a couple of Thousandths) just enough to free up the gear so that it can allow the bearing to spin. The bearing is actually tight because of the spur gear when you get it new. Don't take out too much or the gear will wobble. Put it back together and the unit is pretty nice. Good luck
